Should have experience in contract staffing
Experience in End-End recruitments.
Managed the complete end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
Sourcing best talent from diverse sources (through different sources: Job Portals, Job Posting, References, Head Hunting) after identification/ analyzing the clients requirements.
Screen, evaluate and match qualified candidates to specific job descriptions.
Sending the quality profiles to different clients according to the requirements.
Follow-up with candidates till they join the organization.
Good exposure to client interaction
