technical recruitment. 3)END TO END Recruitment cycle management.
Strong knowledge on IT trending technologies. 4)Good Negotiation Skills.5) Excellent Communication skills

NOTE - Staffing and Consultancy Background Highly preferred.

Able to do Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, Follow up.
Strong sourcing experience Naukri, Monster & Linkedin.
Searching for candidates from our database/Headhunting/ Social Networking.
Preliminary screening / Shortlisting of candidates through telecon / F2F .
Take care of Documentations, Negotiations, offer approvals, Rolling out Offer Letter.
Handle Volume hiring, Walk-ins, Campus drives Take care of Lateral hiring.
Coordination project managers, Mass mailing, Job posting etc
Able to do multi-tasking.
Managing internship programs.
Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

Work Location: Pune.
