Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader at IDFC FIRST Bank for the products like Personal Loan, Business Loan and Loan Against Property located in Durgapur. The Team Leader will be responsible for recruiting his own team, leading and managing his team, overseeing daily operations, setting performance targets, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures. The Team. Leader will also be responsible for coaching and developing team members, resolving customer issues, and driving customer satisfaction. Qualifications Only local candidates should apply. Experiance in Retail Personal Loan/ Business Loan/ Loan Against Property is mandatory. Experiance in Open Market sourcing is mandatory. Experience in customer service and relationship mantance. Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance. Academic Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass Salary 15 K To 16 K
