Job Description

: Urgently Hiring for Travels sales professionals who must have flair knowledge of tour packages for International destinations i.e. CIS Countries, Europe etc. Roles and Responsibilities: Understand clients" requirements and offer Tour packages accordingly. Create bookings, reservations for customers, Prepare itineraries, tour costing, hotel booking and customization of International Tours. Providing excellent customer service experiences -Taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolution. Coordination with the operations team. Responsible for generating revenue for the company. Should be able to achieve the targets. Good knowledge of costing and itinerary preparation relating to travel. Desired Candidate Profile: Good knowledge of MS- word and Excel Experience in International Tours Take. right decision, knowledge of what to sell to customer as per their requirement, having knowledge to think out of the box and have selling capability. Knowledge of travel software will be added advantage. Min.3 years of experience in Travel sales. Perks and Benefits: PF Benefits. Health insurance.
