Job Description
: Telesales ExecutiveCompany: CAFS India
Location: Spencer Plaza Mall, Mount Road, Chennai
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
- Drive sales of insurance products through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
- Promote insurance products and services to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Participate in face-to-face interview rounds with potential clients.
Compensation:
- 14,000/month for freshers
- Additional benefits: Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Incentives (earn up to 90,000 per month)
Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
