Position Overview: As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at ThoughtBox Online Services Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technological vision and strategy. Reporting directly to both Founder and CEO, you will oversee all aspects of technology development, infrastructure, and innovation initiatives. We are seeking a seasoned technology leader with a strong background in Fintech, capable of driving forward-thinking solutions while aligning with the company's business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company's overall technology strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, developers, and technical professionals, fostering a. culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure software solutions, ensuring quality, reliability, and performance.Having in-depth understanding of Block chain Technology & Artificial Intelligence, well experienced in System Architecture.Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, making recommendations for adoption or integration to enhance the company's competitive advantage.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and operations, to prioritize and deliver technology initiatives that drive business growth.Manage the technology budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.Champion best practices for software development, architecture, and infrastructure, promoting adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.Stay abreast of industry developments and advancements, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance on how technology can drive innovation and differentiation within the company. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Proven track record of success in a senior technology leadership role, with at least 10+ years of experience in Fintech.Demonstrated expertise in software development methodologies, tools, and technologies, with a focus on Fintech Solutions.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate technology initiatives into tangible business outcomes.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across all levels of the organization.Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably within a startup or high-growth company.Ability to thrive in a dual reporting structure, collaborating effectively with both the Founder and CEO to drive the company's technological vision forward
