Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Manage and deliver projects within the agreed time, scope, and budget. This includes planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects. Identify key stakeholders (internal & external) and manage communications with stakeholders on project health, issues, and performance. Establishes clear expectations and accountabilities with all stakeholders. Work with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects within the defined SLA. Coordinate and collaborate with various teams like Tech delivery & Consulting Sales team and ensure seamless service delivery. Manage the entire life cycle of projects in a fast-paced environment. Send project health and progress reports to clients as per predefined time intervals. Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. Keep abreast of industry trends in technology, frameworks, and processes. Manage customer relationships during the. entire project lifecycle. Prevent and manage escalated situations through strategic and targeted communication. Drives customer satisfaction by reviewing and analyzing customer feedback. Ensure the quality of the delivered services meets the companys standards and client expectations. Role Requirements: Min. 5 years of experience as a Coordinator/Project Manager/Delivery Manager in Managed Services Projects. Skills in organization, planning, and multiple handling tasks. Knowledge of Ticketing tools such as Fresh Service / ServiceNow is a must. Knowledge of Monitoring tools such as site24X7 is a must. Knowledge of Project life cycle/ Agile / Scrum / ITSM is an advantage. Knowledge of SLA and Escalation Management Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills. Skills in collecting and tracking information. Professional conduct and maintain confidentiality. Attention to detail and accuracy. Key Personal Attributes: Great communication as well as interpersonal skills. Relentless learner and a passion to pick up allocated projects. Self-motivator and eagerness to bring in new ideas for Managed Services
