Job Description

Experience: 9+ Qualification & Skills: BE civil with 9+ years of experience for Industrial Projects with work done with involvement of PEB, FM2/Tremix flooring, Infrastructure works, MEP, finishing works Candidates from PMC background shall be preferred In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management practices Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings Proven experience as a construction project manager/lead or similar role Excellent problem-solving ability & Good communication skills IT: MS project, MS office, Autocad Roles & responsibilities Lead & Coordinate project management activities from PMC perspective. Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives Guide project team members on various project related aspects. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with. schedule management Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve Review certified vendor bills and put forth the same for management review and subsequently to Client for processing Help prepare budgets / monitor actual cost wrt budgets Analyse risks and opportunities Monitor project progress and highlight any issues that arise for timely resolution. Act as the point of contact of PMC and communicate project status to all participants Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests Coordination with Architect, Design consultant for urgent project deliverables /critical issues Organizing, chairing & leading progress review meetings Coordination with vendor management for escalations, issues, delays for projects Review tender/boq released by Architects and Support client is procurement process Prepare and submit project status reports to management and other stakeholders Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise Ensure project safety compliance through vendors. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related materials Coordinate and oversee construction projects from conception to completion and handover to Client Review project plans and specifications from constructability point of view. Develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets and track the same regularly. Communicate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure timely completion Coordinate works of all agencies including MEP and help team address dependencies Highlight risk that can impact time, cost and quality & come up with mitigation plan.
