A. Successful track record of teaching, training, research, and publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals is desirable as per standard. Salary will not be a constraint for outstanding candidates. Role of faculty at IIHMR University: The Facultys role is significant in promoting and managing academics, research, and training and is responsible for setting the organizations culture by contributing time to the Schools activities like a) Teaching-Learning and Evaluation; b) Faculty Empowerment Strategies; c) Curriculum Design, Development, and Enrichment; d) Student Support and Progression; e) Student Admission (Recruiting) and Placement; f) Research and Consulting; g) Executive Education; and h) Resource Mobilization. She/he is required to work with other faculty members to ensure adherence to quality and accreditation standards and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders
