As an Executive Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of the company's corporate and Merchant banking affairs. This includes maintaining statutory records, preparing and filing legal documents, coordinating with regulatory agencies, and supporting the Team in Merchant banking Decision. Qualifications Company secretary Additional: Bachelor's degree in. Law, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in corporate secretarial work if any Knowledge of corporate governance and SEBI regulations Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively
