Job Title : Deputy Manager - Evonik Skin Institute (ESI) Work Location : Thane Entity : Evonik India Business Line : Care Solutions Purpose of the Position : Completely support with lab work: Conduct screening experiments for biological and chemical laboratory tests. Key Responsibilities: To work on the assigned screening experiments. Run multi-parametric biological screening of ingredients from internal and external customers. Ensure proper documentation of experiments, interpret results and draw meaningful conclusion. Identify shortcomings in existing processes to improve existing processes and support new projects. Capable of handling laboratory equipment for screening evaluation of products and maintenance of the same (working conditions, calibration, etc). Regularly communicates progress of assigned project. To conduct experiments safely and follow good lab practices including proper documentation status, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and. guidelines. Implement and coordinate laboratory results in LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System). REQUIREMENTS B. Tech /M. Tech in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Molecular Biology/Genetics with minimum 2 years of experience in biological assays, cell culture techniques and skin biology. Good awareness and understanding on regulatory standards for the biological labs
