Job Description

Role: HR Operations & Payroll Specialist
As a Senior HR & Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in managing payroll, benefits and compliance. You will collaborate with our internal finance team to ensure smooth payroll processing. Oversee all operations responsibility of our Human Resources department and provide support to our employees.
We need a professional with:
8+ Years of extensive experience in handling HR operations & Payroll responsibilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should have a degree in Human Resources Management along with relevant work experience in a senior-level position.
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems customization & Implementation.
Deep understanding of India payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational, team management and project management skills.
Focused on providing excellent customer service.
Creative and process orientated thinker capable of sloving problems systematically.
Passionate about delivering excellent quality and service.
Attracted to working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Payroll Responsibilities involve:
Ensure delivery of payroll processing, operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities that are accurately carried out on month on month basis within appropriate timeframes.
Develop procedures and supervise the preparation, documentation, and expense of all payroll checks, payroll taxes and People benefit payments.
Review and complete tax and another statutory payroll filing before the due date.
Preparation of payroll MIS, people's advances, and medical insurance, etc.
Adhere to statutory compliances and highlight shortfalls and risks.
Support all internal and external audits related to payroll
Handle Income tax and full and final settlements timely and accurately
Analyse, audit, reconcile and resolve complex payroll processing issues.
Preparation of monthly challans and returns for PF, PT, ESIC, etc.
Ensure maintenance of Statutory registers, Employment, and Labor related Statutory returns before the due date.
Act as a point of contact for smooth functioning and addressing the issues related to the time office management.
Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
Review and improve payroll policies and procedures
HR Operations Responsibilities:
Set objectives for the HR Operations team and track progress.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Manage HR Analytics & Dashboards - MIS Daily and Weekly.
Responsible for Joining & Exit formalities & other Engagement Activities.
Background Verification and Employee File management.
Ensure our HR initiatives are cost-effective, run smoothly and contribute to a healthy work environment.
Take proactive steps in Audit Support, Vendor Payments.
Monitor internal HR systems and databases.
