Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Work with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely. resolution and minimal downtime. Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and practices. Contribute to team discussions and code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency. Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support as needed. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospective sessions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in PHP development, with a strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with MVC frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with other web technologies and frameworks, such as AngularJS or React. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Certification in PHP or related technologies is a plus.
