Job Description

Experience: 1-3 years
Job Type: Full-Time

Work week: Sunday to Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the Zoho platform (Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, etc.).
• Automate business processes using Zoho Deluge scripting.
• Integrate Zoho apps with third-party applications using REST APIs.
• Customize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.
• Ensure data security and compliance with best practices.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho One applications.
• Experience with Deluge scripting language.
• Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
