About Liability Sales: The Liability Sales Department is integral part of Retail Banking Department which brings primarily the new liability business for the Bank in the form of CA, SA & TD apart from other retail business of Cards, Assets and Third Party Investment Products. The department is largely responsible for bringing New-to-Bank customers to the vast network of 4100 domestic branches spread across 26 states and 6 union territories. About the Role: The Sales planning team is responsible for driving the sales business of the bank by supporting the sales team by leveraging Tabs to increase product/ process knowledge among the Sales Executives Key Responsibilities Responsible for process automation to ensure smooth business operation Create and manage digital enablers to enable last mile communication Responsible for leveraging AI to enable the resources in daily sales activities such as sales planning, market mapping and using chat bots for query resolution Ensure. smooth functioning of TAB for all the resources in Liability Sales Coordinate with CO for STP on TAB for all the products Create process around TAB allocation for new SEs and handover from resigned SEs Qualifications: Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Graduation from a recognized institute Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - ability to speak with conviction using data & logic Aptitude in building rapport with professionals at various levels of organization & outside environment Ability in problem-solving #ComeAsYouAre "We are dil se open.
