Job Description 8+ years of relevant industry experience. Proficient in C++ & C programming. Working experience with Yocto Project & expert in Linux concepts. Hands on experience working with OpenEmbedded build system, BitBake build tool, Git, Jenkins, & Meson. Experience with evaluating CVEs & porting security fixes in open source packages. Proficient in Networking concepts (Socket Firewalls) & experience on Network Switches. Working knowledge of any scripting tool (Python/Perl/Bash). Exposure to Server Management protocols (Redfish, PLDM). Proven debugging & problem determination skills. Should be a self-starter, team player and flexible to work in an agile fashion collaborating with global teams. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience : Exposure to OpenBMC project Responsibilities Develop and maintain firmware solutions using C++ and C programming languages. Utilize the Yocto Project and demonstrate expertise in Linux concepts for embedded systems. development. Hands-on experience with the OpenEmbedded build system, BitBake build tool, Git, Jenkins, and Meson for firmware development and integration. Evaluate Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs) and proficiently port security fixes in open-source packages. Implement networking concepts including socket programming, DHCP, VLAN, SSDP, LLDP, LACP, and Linux firewalls. Work with network switches and demonstrate proficiency in their configuration and operation. Develop and maintain scripts using Python, Perl, or Bash for automation and system administration tasks. Familiarity with server management protocols such as Redfish and PLDM. Proven debugging and problem determination skills for troubleshooting firmware issues.
