Job Title : Business Development Manager

Working Hours: Night Shift (7.30 PM to 4.30 AM IST)
Location: Noida, Sector-63

Job Purpose
This position requires a candidate with flair for managing relationships in order to create growth and new business for the company. The Business Development Manager will lead the sales team and ensure targets are met set forth by the Sr. Management.

Duties and responsibilities
The candidate would be responsible for:
* Managing sales team
* Screen all leads for accreditation eligibility before contacting the business.
* Monitor and track sales staff performance ensuring they are being followed up in a timely manner.
* Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
* Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
* Developing relationships with the decision makers amongst the targeted leads.
* Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and schedule qualified meetings.
* Lead business meetings, pitches and discussions to increase opportunities for Staffing solutions
* Reaching out to the Sr. Management, CxO level and establishing relationship and scheduling phone meetings with them.
* Working with and expanding current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business.
* Provide periodic reports to the leadership on business performance, opportunities, risks and market intelligence from the field.

Qualifications
Candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
* Excellent telephone sales personality skills
* Excellent time management skills.
* Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
* Highly energetic and self-starter
* 5 year experience in sales/BD. (Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred)
