Website: https://cleanindiagroup.com/ Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer with a background in elevator and air conditioning (AC) marketing, particularly experienced in selling. faade access systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our faade access systems by leveraging their technical expertise, market knowledge, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales of faade access systems. Identify and target potential clients, including building owners, construction companies, and property management firms. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to promote our faade access systems. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts. Technical Expertise: Utilize your mechanical engineering background to understand the technical aspects of our faade access systems and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients. Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process, including product selection, customization, and installation. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities related to faade access systems. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansion. Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and installation, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. Manage the sales pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities, and sales forecasts. Customer Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and services and exceeding customer expectations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with min. 6 years of relevant experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with min. 10 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the construction or building maintenance industry. Background in elevator and air conditioning marketing is highly desirable. Experience selling faade access systems or related building access solutions is a strong asset. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel as needed.
