Job Title: IT Recruiter
Experience Required: 2+ years
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and be proficient in using the Naukri portal for sourcing candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of IT candidates.
- Utilize Naukri portal effectively for candidate sourcing and database management.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems and reports.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven experience with the Naukri portal for sourcing and candidate management.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
