Job Description

Responsibilities Support CS Strategy team to produce and update key Strategy documents and presentations. Collect, analyze, and present data and information CS and CS Towers strategic objectives and a timetable for achieving them. Understand and use PMO tool (Clarizen) to help capture, organize, and manage key short and longer-term objectives and action plans. Help track and measure attainment of objectives on quarterly and annual basis. Help support information, data, and analytics required in QBRs, Leadership/BoD presentations, quarterly strategy workshops, etc. Support development of strategic roadmaps. Collect data and inputs for annual planning and formulation of the strategic plan. Support creation/collection of key performance indicators/metrics dashboards to track the achievement and effectiveness of security-related action plans. Ensure outputs are clear, concise, and actionable for senior leadership. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience. in program management, strategic planning, and/or business analysis. Experience as business/strategic analyst preferably consulting (e.g., Big 4) experience. Strong analytic, verbal, writing, and presentation skills. Must have an excellent command of the English language, oral and written. Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Cybersecurity information technology/engineering knowledge/experience. Experience working with PMO tools (Clarizen) a plus. Exceptional proficiency in Excel & PPT a must. Ability to communicate ideas clearly to multiple audiences and at varying levels. Knowledge of project management fundamentals (planning, monitoring and control, communications, risk/issue management, resource management, influence); strong organization skills work requires continual attention to detail, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines; and manage and prioritize multiple duties simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. Ability to think strategically, but also work with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail. Seeks out the most efficient process to complete a task and exercises good judgment; able to be flexible and move swiftly and efficiently in any given situation or task assigned. High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and the Internet. Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed for collaboration with associates from different time zones (U.S. and international); experience with working on global teams across time zones, cultures, and languages. Project Management training/certifications a plus. Previous experience working in IT services firm is a strong plus
