Not Applicable Qualification: Science or Engineering or other relevant graduate degree or Agile certification Responsibility: Operational Excellence Support the establishment, execution, and oversight of a project's operations (ie budget, forecasting, margin, metrics, risk/isssue management, billing/invoicing, purchase orders, MSA/ SOW/ SLA compliance, etc). Metrics and Reporting. Support the tracking/measurment and progress against established measures and metics (eg bid vs did, SLA, and any other operational or contractual measures). Program Governance. Support the establishment, execution, and oversigh of a project's governance (ie stakeholder management, communication ceremonies, benefits management, change management, scope management, team work enviornment, , onboaringin, etc). Estimation and Planning. Support the establishment, execution, and oversight of project delivery estimation and planning (team resouce and timeline) across Cognizant organization (pursuit. through sprints/PIs). Execution Excelllence. Support the the set up and daily running of a project (ie task assignment and optimization, resource schedules, logistics, tracking,issues/risk management, running meetings, organizing events, status reporting, adhoc reporting, etc). Client Relationship Management. Establishes and builds relationships with client and other stakeholders for the project. Community Development. Personally contributes to the continous improvement of the program & project management guild and community (best practices, networking, standards, training, tools, etc). Compliance. Monitors and supports Progrram Management tool and process compliance. Must Have Skills IDBS ELN Electronic Laboratory Notebook COTS Products(LS R&D
