Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as State Head- Growth Markets at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. As the State Head, you will be responsible for market planning, marketing management, market research. sales, and public relations for two states like Tamil Nadu & Kerala.You will oversee the growth markets in Chennai, Coimbatore, Cochin and manage a team focused on achieving business targets and expanding our customer base. Qualifications Market Planning and Marketing Management skills Experience in conducting Market Research Sales skills Public Relations skills Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
