Job Description

Brand Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, loyalty, and market share. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of engaging and compelling content across various platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with the brand's voice. Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote brand initiatives and engage the target audience. Analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize strategies for increased reach and engagement. Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and other brands to expand the brand's reach. Negotiate and manage collaborations to ensure alignment with the brand's image and. values. Product Launches and Campaigns: Plan and execute successful product launches and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns from concept to delivery. Brand Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and use insights to optimize future strategies. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Brand Marketing Manager, preferably in the e-commerce or lifestyle industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and e-commerce strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
