 Customer Support Representative

Job Description

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient service delivery to clients of the health insurance company. They will be the primary point of contact for queries, complaints, and customers" needs, and they will be required to work closely with the sales representatives and other departments. Key Responsibilities: Handling telephone, email, and in-person enquiries from clients and other stakeholders. Addressing customer complaints and providing prompt resolution. Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries. Liaising with the sales team to provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to clients. Provide product information, and education to. clients. Skills Required: Prior experience in customer service or similar front-line role in the insurance industry, especially health insurance business. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent command over written and spoken English as well as local language(s). Good computer literacy and familiarity with customer relationship management software (CRM). Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize competing demands effectively. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team environment.
