Hi , We are looking for Customer Support Executive Location Vasai East Experience required - 0 -2 Years CTC Offered 10- 15K Per Month Company is Flamingo BPO Technology Solutions Ltd Roles and Responsibilities : Manage large amounts of incoming calls Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Analysing customer needs and recommending solution based on those needs. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits Follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage. customers Required skills: Good typing Speed. Good Communication Skill. Basic Computer Skills Discipline, Positive Attitude & Punctuality Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Work From Office Inbound / Outbound Process Day shift Only Salary 12k 15K in Hand Graduate/ Freshers/ HSC / 1 years of experience on paper can apply.
