Job description Leading Pharmaceutical Industry : This position will be based in Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Mangalore, Vizag, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur and Pune with one of the leading pharmaceutical organization. 1. **Promotion and Sales:** Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. Build and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers to drive product sales and achieve sales targets. 2. **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of our pharmaceutical products, including their uses, benefits, and competitive advantages. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and relevant medical research to effectively communicate product information to healthcare professionals. 3. **Doctors Engagement:** Establish and maintain regular contact with healthcare professionals through in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and other communication. channels. Provide educational materials, product samples, and other data to support informed decision-making by healthcare professionals. 4. **Market Intelligence:** Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and strategic business growth. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: B. Pharm/M. Pharm Graduate A minimum of 4-6 years pharmaceutical sales experience, either in Core Pharmaceutical company or a Medical Device company and a person will be preferred with Medical Device sales experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry as well as manufacturing industry with selling experience as a Medical Representative. Able to provide documented sales success Ability to adapt and to provide customer-oriented solutions Ensure company s medical compliance - Be ultimately accountable for complying to all local policies, procedures and regulations for self.
