Level : Senior Manager Location : Pune, Hyderabad PFB the JD: Market Leadership : Creates sales strategy and plans for the Client Partners review and to be incorporated into a broader client strategy and plan. Identify and qualify add-on opportunities. Relationship Management : Executes and manages the account plan under the guidance of the client Partner. Invests time in strengthening existing client relationships. Participates in reviews and provides educated and relevant perspectives. Business Development : Responds to and delivers on client requests; Responds to RFPs Identifies opportunities, makes proactive proposals to the client in line with the account strategy; Obtains approvals to pursue opportunities. Engages the relevant teams for solutions Managing, monitoring, updating CRM platforms. Reviewing and finalizing SOWs and supporting SOs development when needed Overseeing the operation/delivery teams to make sure forecast process is accurate and on. time Working with operation and legal to resolve any issues with MSA/SOW, amendments and other adjustments Communicating and engaging with SLs, SL Delivery and vertical delivery lead to support on timely and excellent delivery Monitor and escalate any incidents that are at risk to the Client relationship or delivery Please find below additional specific requirements for the positions: 8-10 prior Capital Markets domain experience in both delivery and commercial roles Specific domain knowledge on custodians (or) Asset & Wealth Management experience Prior experience in a CRM role in India preferably in Capital Markets Existing connections/contacts/relationships with these clients (executive level) and the industry would be ideal Knowledge of captive operations in general Will need to spend time at client captive location
