Job Description

Role Expectations - ADM Solution Architect o Proven ability to contribute to the design and development of winning solutions & estimations for customers for the given business problems. o Ability to translate the customer requirement/s business problems into a technical solution and choose the right technology stack and cloud features/ components needed for Solutioning o Possess a broad understanding of responding to customer RFIs/ RFPs - Analyzing and understanding customer requirements for technical proposal submissions. o Understanding of standard estimation methodologies for App Dev & Migration projects. o Understanding of the business value chain of industry domains (BFSI, HLS, P&R etc) o Clarity in thinking and communication and ability to present solutions to senior leadership. Detailed Experience Expectations o 10 + years of strong delivery/ solutioning/ pre-sales experience, with at least 5+ years in managing ADM delivery, COTS and/or Custom Applications o Exposure. to Automation, Portfolio rationalization, Digital support models to drive cost efficiencies and time to market o Experience in anchoring / supporting large RFPs with TCV of USD 10MM+ o Very good working knowledge of SLAs and critical metrics related to Application Services o Ability to solution with Next Gen technologies (Cloud, Digital, Analytics, IoT) and deep understanding of the trends in this space o Good understanding of Industry trends, concepts, opportunities, threats & constraints o Deep domain knowledge in atleast one Industry segment will be an added advantage o Consulting/ Implementation experience in core areas such as Service Management, Managed Services transformation o Certification ITIL V3 at Expert level or Practitioner level would be an advantage. Agile Certifications such as Certified Product Owner / SAFe Specialist is ideal. Any other certifications on Cloud, Digital, Modernization, Automation, Devops would be an advantage. o Understanding of Commercial Modelling and Pricing of deals o Understanding of AI-Ops and SRE in the context of Application Management. Good to have skills: Application Migration to Cloud Awareness / Approach Agile Certification (viz. Scrum Master) Foundational Generative AI concepts NFR solution components Good understanding of GenAI and how it can be utilized for AMS
