Position Summary Anaplan - Model Builder The Role "Anaplan - Model Builder" is responsible for Design and build Anaplan based solutions to support client business processes and to continuously improve productivity and operational efficiency. Support financial forecasting, planning, reporting and analysis. Understand business processes and business & Functional requirements and translate requirements into Technical requirements. Actively establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships. Identify potential business opportunities, develop long-term client relationships and networks. Actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives. Help to create a positive learning culture and counsel junior team members. What You Will Do: Working on the creation of Lists, Modules, Data Hubs, New UX, ALM. Design, develop, and deliver high quality reporting dashboards. Work on the Anaplan Space Optimization and Formula Tuning. . Resolve issues based on severity and work with other teams to resolve them in a timely manner Operating in sprint cycles using Agile/Scrum framework. Having excellent problem solving, should be able to work effectively in a less structured environment and manage time. Learn new systems/processes and quickly ramp up to support those functions. Operate independently from the offshore location with minimal oversight and guidance. Demonstrate proactiveness to take up broader org level initiatives to improve overall process maturity. Communicate effectively with clients and project team to ensure the requirements are being met and recommend better solutions wherever applicable during the project. Work timings: 11AM - 8 PM Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad/Pune Experience: 6-9 yrs. About The Team The Anaplan Team works as a trusted advisor to DAS Leadership. We advise, implement, and deliver as a service solution, help to develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization. Qualifications: Education: BE, B. Tech/ MCA/ M. Tech Experience : Total 3+ years of professional experience relevant field. Minimum 2 Yrs. experience in relevant Anaplan development. Should be certified in Level-1 & 2 (Mandatory), Level 3(Good to have). Hands on experience on Model Building, Financial Planning & Analysis. Experience with ALM & Anaplan Way implementation Methodology Should have deep understanding of multi-dimensional modeling. Hands on experience on Model Builder, Financial Planning & Analysis. Hands on experience in implementing/support Agile projects in Financial Forecasting/Workforce planning using Anaplan Technology. Integration experience with any tool to lead the Anaplan data integrations with different systems. Team with customers to encourage business process improvements, to identify data integrity issues, and to implement proactive solutions Skills: Work closely with the Business Team to gather the requirement. Preferred to have very good functional knowledge in FP&A. Understand existing landscape and business objectives of the customers. Translate existing solutions, complex spreadsheets, and business problems into elegant, intuitive, and optimal Anaplan multi-dimensional models. Modify existing solutions to enhance, optimize, or to incorporate new functionality. Ensure high quality of deliverables. Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge in IT Service Management principles, processes, and methodologies. Should be able to coordinate with onsite / functional / development teams independently. Dynamic with a strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude.
