Designation : Asst General Manager ( Residential Construction Projects) Education : BE / Diploma (Civil) Experience : 20+ years of Residential Construction projects management Location : Projects across Chennai city Roles & Responsibilities : Handle multiple Residential projects (Villa / Flats) End to end Residential construction (from beginning to Interior) Should manage the projects wit CE / JE /Workers Should work as per drawing and specifications Manage the contract / subcontracts with due Safety Prepare record drawing, technical report, MIS etc. Preferences : Should be from CHENNAI Exp in MS Office, email, Autocad etc. Must have own vehicle to commute Dynamic with excellent communication skills Immediate joiners (0 30 days) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 70,000.00 - 100,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Experience: total work: 10 years (Required) Work Location: In person
