We have an opportunity for Assistant Manager Finance with our EPC Client based in Mumbai. Role/ Position : Assistant Manager / Manager Department : Finance Reporting to : Chief Manager - Finance Position Summary: The candidate will handle Banking and Trade transactions. Education: Chartered Accountant / CFA Key Activities & Responsibilities: Borrowing for working capital and capex operations Handling bank consortium with large share of PSU banks, MNC Banks Dealing with Middle East Banks for project based working capital finance. Consortium banking, banking limit set up for overseas subsidiaries and JVs. Completion of Bank audits (ASM and stock audit), Submission of Stock statement/ QIS/FFR forms Dealing in Trade transaction (BG/ LC) & supply chain finance (Customer/ supplier) Compliance with FEMA regulation and Project exports guideline Required Skills and Capabilities: With experience of 3-6 years Excellent communication skills to deal with various. Business, Banks etc. EPC Banking exposure will be an added advantage. Knowledge of SAP Finance module Good Analytical skill and hands on Power point presentation
