Job Description

Minimum 4-12 years of functional expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM and Talent Management modules

Completed at least 2 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects on the Talent Management module
Candidates should identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them
Must have worked on production support projects, strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of SLAs, and proficiency in using ticketing tools like Remedy
Candidates Should be responsible for functional solutions and implement the solution framework
