Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Research Specialist. The primary responsibilities of this role include performing data entry tasks and conducting research across various systems and tracking tools. The successful candidate will apply their knowledge of processes and related systems to identify, assess, and resolve issues and problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry: Inputting accurate data into databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant systems.
2. Research: Conducting thorough research using online resources and company databases to gather necessary information.
3. Issue Resolution: Assessing and resolving both standard and non-standard issues or problems promptly and effectively.
4. Collaboration: Seeking advice and collaborating with team members when faced with tasks or problems outside the scope of regular work.
5. Flexibility: Demonstrating flexibility to work from the office as required, adapting to changing work environments and requirements.

Both way cab Provided Should be comfortable with night shift
