Decipher Fundamentals: Familiarity with Decipher survey platform basics, including question types, survey flow, and basic logic functions.

Scripting Basics: Exposure to scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) with a willingness to learn and apply scripting for survey customizations.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in survey programming to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.

Problem-Solving Orientation: Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues independently and seek guidance when needed.

Adaptability and Learning Agility: Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new features, functionalities, and best practices within the Decipher platform.
