Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Test Engineer to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team. As a Performance Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications in the Utility industry. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and implement test strategies covering manual and automated testing for different platforms and architectures.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of test engineers skilled in manual and automated testing.
- Hands-on experience in testing data-intensive applications, ETL, API, and database testing activities.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Selenium for automated testing and Tosca for scripless testing.
- Generate comprehensive test reports, metrics, and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to deliver high-quality products.
- Evaluate and adopt new testing tools and technologies, particularly in ETL, API, and database testing.
- Manage large releases in a multivendor environment.
- Regularly update senior management on testing activities, milestones, and challenges.
Qualifications :
- 1+ years of experience as a test lead in a related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Testing, including manual and automation.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and highly proactive.
