Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities will include but not limit to the following:
1. Financial Accounting in Tally Software up to Balance Sheet finalization.
2. Indirect and Direct tax compliance on monthly basis
3. Complete Knowledge about GST returns, TDS, returns & Reconciliations etc.
4. Internal & GST Audit. (Coordination of financial audits and ensure all required documentation is available for auditors.)
5. Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
6. Stock Reconciliation.
7. Preparation of Income Tax returns.
8. Export Banking GR Closure, BRCs, forward contracts, etc.
9. Day to Day payments Net Banking
10. Filling Returns for governing Bodies and export councils like FSSAI, Spice Board, Apeda, etc
11. Managing insurance policies.
12. Knowledge of Duty Drawback, RoDTEP, RoSCTL Schemes will be a plus
13. Maintaining Account reports in excel sheets
14. Any other work that falls under companies preview
(Note: Knowledge of Foreign exchange or experience of accounting in export firm will be given preference.)
Preferred candidate profile:
- Female Candidates only between 26 to 45 years of age (Preference given to married female candidates)
- Candidate who is looking for stability and long-term mutual growth with company.
- Candidate should be able to handle accounting up to Finalization independently.
- Advanced Excel, Tally Prime, Outlook mails, Basic Internet Knowledge

- Working hours will be 9.30a.m to 6.30p.m on all days except Sundays and Public Holidays.
