Hiring for an Insurance Aggregator Company for Jaipur and Chandigarh.

Job Title: Sales Executive (Telesales + Field Sales)

LOCATION: JAIPUR and CHANDIGARH.

Age: 18-30 years

Qualification: UG or above

Salary for experienced: Upto 3.9LPA (25-30% hike based on interview performance & last drawn)

Language Proficiency:

- Jaipur: Proficient in English and Hindi.

- Chandigarh: Fluent in Punjabi, Proficient in English.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of Field/Direct Sales experience required, freshers are not eligible.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct telesales and field sales to promote company products and services.

2. Build and maintain client relationships to achieve sales targets.

3. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

4. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals and objectives.

5. Keep updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to speak fluent English and the specified regional languages for each location.

- Prior experience in field/direct sales is a plus.

Note: This position requires a mandatory 2-wheeler with a valid Driving License. If you are enthusiastic about sales and possess the required language skills.
