Job Description
1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them intotechnical specifications for Sailpoint IdentityIQ implementations.
2. Design, develop, customize, and configure Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions based on
business requirements and best practices.
3. Implement connectors and integrations with various systems, directories, and
applications to facilitate identity provisioning, authentication, and access management.
4. Develop and maintain workflows, policies, rules, and access controls within Sailpoint
IdentityIQ to enforce security policies and compliance requirements.
5. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of Sailpoint IdentityIQ
components to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
6. Participate in deployment activities, including testing, migration, and production rollout of Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions.
7. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members and
stakeholders on Sailpoint IdentityIQ capabilities, best practices, and standards.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to
Identity and Access Management, particularly in the context of Sailpoint IdentityIQ.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT operations, and
application teams, to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of Sailpoint
IdentityIQ with existing systems and processes.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM processes, procedures, and policies to enhance security posture and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in IAM, Sailpoint Identity & Access Management
product.
3. Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing Identity and
Access Management solutions using Sailpoint IdentityIQ.
4. Proficiency in Java programming language and scripting languages such as
BeanShell, PowerShell, or Python.
5. Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, access
provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and entitlement management.
6. Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, and other authentication and
authorization protocols.
7. Hands-on experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ modules, including Identity Cube,
Compliance Manager, Lifecycle Manager, and Access Request.
8. Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL) and SQL queries for data
analysis and reporting.
9. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
10. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
11. Relevant certifications such as Sailpoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer (SCIIE) or
equivalent are a plus.
