Articulate business knowledge to create information centric content. for product description, white papers, guides, and other content as required. To develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, goals, and objectives of the organization to produce content. Responsible for all documentation delivered with the product and can range from solution documentation, to deep technical guides, to end user on-line help. Ability to convert a highly technical solution / concepts in to compelling and understandable content. Suggest changes and enhancements to the legacy documentation which can improve the usability of the product documentation. Understand the product and the existing documentation and update the relevant sections for subsequent releases. Skills and Qualifications 2 to 5 years of technical writing experience. Experience writing content for Web-based applications / products. Requires little supervision or guidance with routine assignments and established processes. Quickly develops independence with new tasks and requirements. Quickly adapts to changing requirements while communicating impacts and negotiating the next steps. Good command over English language and grammar.
