Cyber Security Analyst/ Procurement @ Infoplus Technologies

Job Description

: Deliverables : The Analyst will be responsible for engaging with suppliers on the UK Telecommunications (Security) Act (TSA) cyber regulation for telecommunications. The analyst will work closely with the suppliers to ensure compliance with the security requirements mandated by the TSA. The analyst will also be responsible for researching and evaluating emerging cyber security threats on the supply chain and ways to manage them, including the agreement on a specific contract schedule. The analyst will plan for disaster recovery and create contingency plans in the event of any security breaches. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and review vendor contracts, identifying and evaluating legal and technical terms Assess alignment with company procurement policies and risk management strategies Negotiate contract terms to ensure best value and. mitigate potential risks Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, technical teams) to address complex contractual issues Maintain clear and concise documentation of contract review process and findings Identify opportunities for contract standardization and improvement Key accountabilities : Engage with suppliers on the UK Telecommunications (Security) Act (TSA) cyber regulation for telecommunications. Ensure compliance with the security requirements mandated by the TSA through sending questionnaires Ensure all UK TSA schedule are signed in accordance to the risk identified Plan for disaster recovery and create contingency plans in the event of any security breaches, with the support of risk SME and Procurement Business Partners Support the Procurement Director on the policies updates Support Legal and Contract procurement on relevant training and information Support the training on the Procurement Business Partners. Role specific requirements : Knowledge of the UK Telecommunications (Security) Act (TSA) and its security requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Project Management skills desirable. Compliance background desirable. 2+ years of experience in cyber security analysis and / Or Procurement Legal understanding Nice to have
