Position Description Responsible for the analysis and the development of solutions, the Software Engineer designs, builds, deploys and maintains tailor-made. and/or software packages applications or adapts existing ones. Ensuring applications stability, scalability, performance, security and consistency, he/she verifies the functional and/or technical quality of developments by implementing and/or executing tests on a wide variety of devices and setups. He/she works with internal or external business partners to adapt or redefine functional and/or technical specifications. Activities DataStage Design, develop, and maintain DataStage ETL jobs according to specifications. Test DataStage jobs for accuracy and performance Reviewing job designs and code created by other DataStage developers. Monitor DataStage job execution and troubleshoot issues as needed. Provide support for production DataStage jobs as needed Follow best practices and maintain documentation for all the development/modifications Good understanding of SQL and data warehousing Datastage development Knowledge of at least one reporting tool Experience required: Minimum 2-6 years Soft skills: Independent problem-solving skills, Good written and verbal communication skills.
