ETL Architect 15+ YOE with Canada based cloud @ Sagent

Job Description

More than 15 years of IT exp. Minimum 5 Years of experience in ETL Architect role and at least 2 years of experience in any On-Prem to Cloud Migration projects. Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it Designs, develops and enforces standards and architecture for all data needs and end to end ETL systems within the organization Establish and enhance technical guidelines, specifications and standards and best practices for the integration development team Strong Data Warehouse knowledge and experience, include data modelling, data ingestion transformation, data consumption patterns Strong SQL knowledge and experience, including developing and optimizing complex queries, creating efficient UDFs to extend the functionalities Should be able to participate in discussions to understand existing architecture and suggest target architecture to customers with respect to their requirement and. performance criteria. Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives Must to have proven hands-on Software Development experience in any one technology in each category as mentioned below SQL : Oracle , MS SQL , Teradata , Netezza, DB2, Hive (any one is must) ETL : Datastage or Informatica Power Centre Or IICS(IDMC), SSIS, Talend(one is Must) Azure Cloud : ADF, ADB, Synapse, Fabrics, Snowflake (SnowSQL, SnowPipe), Snaplogic, Google Cloud platform (One is must) Good to have hands experience in any BI Reports (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Alteryx, BO etc.) Good to have knowledge in Pyspark/Python language Should have understanding of GitHub, CI-CD Deployment process Develop and maintain unit tests and integration tests, and test automation Adoption of Agile and Scrum development methodology BE/Btech degree in Computer Science or other Engineering stream Good communication and Interpersonal skill Must Any Cloud certification is an additional advantage
