Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Buisness Analyst with specialized knowledge in blockchain technology to join our team. This multifaceted role integrates the functions of a Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst, Solutions Architect, and Pre-Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level understanding in coding languages such as Node.js, Solidity, React and more. You will be responsible for engaging directly with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering comprehensive project proposals. This position requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work within the Eastern US time zone. Responsibilities: Engage with clients to accurately understand their business and technical needs, with a particular focus on blockchain technology applications. Effectively scope projects, defining key deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and. expectations. Create detailed project proposals that encompass technical solutions, project scope, estimated costs, and timelines, with a deep understanding of blockchain technology. Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure that proposals are realistic, competitive, and in line with company capabilities. Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding, particularly regarding blockchain solutions. Offer expert advice and consultation to clients, demystifying complex technical solutions and their benefits. Adapt project scopes and estimates based on client feedback or evolving requirements, maintaining precision and relevance. Conduct client presentations and meetings, elucidating technical details and project nuances in an understandable manner. Maintain currency with blockchain technology trends and general software development practices to ensure the continuous improvement of proposals and client engagements. Handle multiple project proposals and estimations simultaneously, meeting stringent deadlines while upholding high standards of quality. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in technical project management, business analysis, or similar roles within software development environments, with a significant focus on blockchain technology. Profound knowledge of various programming languages, including Node.js, Solidit, React, among other prevalent technologies. Outstanding communication skills in English, with the capability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven expertise in project proposal development, project scoping, and cost estimation, particularly within blockchain or related fields. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, paired with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, capable of juggling multiple projects and proposals efficiently. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, demonstrated through a history of successful client relationship management. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications in blockchain technology or project management are advantageous. Availability to work in the Eastern US time zone to ensure alignment with client schedules and team collaborations.
