Partnership Development: Actively seek out and engage with potential business partners, understanding their talent requirements and exploring opportunities for collaboration. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and gather insights on manpower needs within the sector, using this information to inform recruitment strategies and business development efforts. Networking & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners, facilitating effective talent exchanges and business opportunities. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans for talent acquisition and business growth, aligning recruitment efforts with broader business objectives. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: . Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role, with a track record of successful candidate placement. Strong business development skills, with experience in establishing and nurturing professional partnerships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively negotiating and building rapport with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of the industry and current market trends related to manpower needs. Ability to work strategically, planning and executing initiatives that support both recruitment and business development objectives
