Desired Candidate Profile Hiring Team Leader to handle a team CA Inter/CMA/ Masters in Finance with 3+ years in audit firm Candidates based in Chennai are preferred Monday to Saturday Other attributes: Attention to detail Strong quantitative skills Working knowledge of GAAP principles Ability to manage multiple projects Understanding of confidentiality Financial modelling skills Roles and Responsibilities Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results Conduct risk management Supervise a team of Accountants Allocate resources and manage cash flows Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management. Maintains accounting system. Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals. Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance. . Analyses revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets. Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business. Strong Knowledge in GST Returns, TDS Filing and preparing MIS reports. Knowledge in income tax filling and audit
