Analyzing clients" requirements and produce technical proposals, solution specifications and design documents Design, Develop, Implement and/or Manage project Coordination with the other members of team and handling clients individually Online Testing Team Leader shall hold overall responsibility for the technical success of the project Desired Profile - Must have designed and led the team technically for at least 2-3 projects Must have good knowledge of .NET framework, ASP.NET and other web technologies Must have good verbal and written communication skills Should be a quick learner with sound logical abilities
