Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills, extremely enthusiastic, motivated and aggressive. Strong negotiation skills, closing skills and diligent follow-up skills. Proficiency in English, Market knowledge, Ability to build rapport. Should be able to work in a group and handle pressure. Prospecting, Identifying, & generating new clients/business and generating additional business from existing clients Make daily calls, follow-ups, Emails and fix up meetings with potential clients for their creatives, Event Management, Retail Branding & BTL Activation. Develop and. Maintain Positive Customer Relationship and ensuring proper end to end solutions for their brand. Take a brief from the clients and share with creative team and Create and accountable for client proposals, contracts and any further documentation. Should have the good contacts in corporate and close interaction with Marketing Department. Innovative thinker; must have experience in retail branding, event management, merchandising, etc. Qualification: Master's degree will be preferred
