Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager located in Gurugram(only for Females preferably from real estate or Hospitality experience). The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with identifying and pursuing. business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, conducting market research and analysis, creating and implementing business development strategies, and managing a team of business development professionals. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to conduct market research and analysis Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus Strong leadership and team management skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
