Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Manager Account and Finance - Immediate Joiner. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of accounting and finance operations. This includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and risk management. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for leading and developing a team of finance professionals. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in accounting and finance Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting Expertise in financial reporting and analysis Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance Experience in risk management and internal controls Leadership and team management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor's or Master's degree. in accounting, finance, or related field Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
