Youll be our: Associate- Chief of Staff, CTOs office Youll be based at: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru Youll be aligned with: Chief of Staff- Engineering Youll be joining our: Founders office- Chief of Staff We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Chief of Staff to join the Office of the CTO. In this critical role, you will be the right arm of the CTO, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's technology vision and roadmap. You will possess a deep understanding of the evolving landscape of EV technology, coupled with exceptional analytical and communication skills. What youll do at Ather Technology Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging trends in EV technologies, including battery chemistries, charging infrastructure, autonomous driving, and related fields. Thought Leadership: Develop and contribute to white papers, presentations, and blog posts, articulating the company's technology vision and thought leadership. Strategic. Analysis: Support the CTO in developing the company's technology roadmap, analyzing potential collaborations, and assessing risks and opportunities. Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects within the CTO's office, ensuring timely and successful completion. Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration between the CTO, senior leadership team, and various departments across the company. Stay Informed: Proactively stay abreast of industry news, events, and conferences, building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the EV ecosystem. Heres what were looking for Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into concise and actionable insights. Excellent writing and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop compelling thought leadership content. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget. Experience in collaborating cross-functionally across diverse teams. Passion for sustainability and the electric vehicle revolution. What you bring to Ather Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Electrical Engineering, Energy Studies, etc.) preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the technology industry, ideally with a focus on automotive or related sectors. Experience in the electric vehicle industry or a related field will be an advantage
